What an osteopath does

Osteopaths use hands-on treatment for musculoskeletal pain. In pregnancy that is often pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, rib and upper back discomfort, and postural change as the pregnancy progresses.

Usually in the second and third trimesters for pain that is affecting sleep or movement, and after birth for neck, back and shoulder pain from feeding and carrying.
